UltraDeck™ (EDU1) with top drainage holes can be used for vehicle maintenance, showers, kitchens or anywhere that drainage is required. EDU1 can also be used as a base for cleaning tents, fabrics and other equipment – its top drainage holes allow dirty water to flow underneath the tiles and away from the material being cleaned.

Choose UltraDeck 2 (EDU2) with the smooth top for most shelter applications. EDU2 can be used as a stand-alone floor or as a sub-floor for carpet or synthetic turf. Staple or tape carpet or synthetic turf right to UltraDeck for the ultimate flooring combinations for tents or shelters. Use UltraDeck as a firm and comfortable base for cots, chairs, tables and equipment over dirt, asphalt, gravel or other types of surfaces.

UltraDeck™ (EDU) is Signature’s mid-range tent flooring system, ideal for nearly any tent and shelter flooring application. It provides a rigid and uniform feel that is suitable for shelters that require a rigid, yet comfortable floor, underfoot especially large-scale tents and shelters, such as dining hall, classroom, rec center, exchange and maintenance applications.

Unlike other modular plastic floors, UltraDeck can be laid straight down on most ground surfaces, leveled with plywood stringers and shims, or raised on multiple layers of stringers as required.

The UltraDeck system is suitable for more rugged environments, where greater heights and more rigidity are required. UltraDeck sections can handle a wide range of uneven ground surfaces since modules are a beefy 1’(W) x 2’(L) x 1-1/8” (H). Ribbed reinforcements provide tremendous strength and weight loading capabilities and larger cable channels allow heavy gauge power cables to be run underneath the floor.

UltraDeck is ideal for pole tents, frame tents, and clear span structures. It provides an attractive look, which often doesn’t need to be covered with carpet.

When placed on level ground or on plywood stringers, UltraDeck can support the weight of scissor lifts, forklifts with pneumatic tires, and light trucks. This makes UltraDeck ideal for larger tents, where equipment is required such as kitchens, storage and maintenance shelters.

EDU is made of a high-quality, rugged and durable HDPE that will not warp, get waterlogged, or rot. UltraDeck’s snap connection system eliminates tools and is man-portable and quick to assemble. A 20ft x 20ft floor can be assembled in 20 minutes with 2 people.
